A. Booking & Check-in Data (Legal Obligation)
When you make a reservation or check-in, strict Romanian laws require us to collect:
- Identity Data: Full Name, ID Card or Passport Number (Mandatory for the Arrival Notification Form required by the Ministry of Tourism).
- Contact Data: Phone number and Email (for reservation confirmation).
- Fiscal Data: Home address (required for issuing a legal invoice/receipt).
B. Cookies & Consent (Complianz)
This website uses the Complianz Privacy Suite for WordPress to manage cookie consent.
Your IP address is anonymized and stored in our database strictly to prove technical consent.
We do not share this data with advertisers without your explicit permission.
C. Comments & Anti-Spam (Akismet)
When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help spam detection via Akismet.
An anonymized string (hash) from your email may be provided to the Gravatar service to check for a profile picture (Privacy Policy: automattic.com/privacy).
3. Site Performance & Security (Caching)
This site utilizes caching to ensure fast loading times. This may involve temporarily storing a duplicate copy of web pages.
Cache files are temporary and are never accessed by third parties.
