Welcome to Beach House Mamaia Nord<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of all our guests, we have established the following set of policies.<\/p>\n

Please review them before your arrival.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd52 Arrival & Departure (Check-in \/ Check-out)<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Check-in:<\/strong> Starts at 14:00 (2:00 PM)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Check-out:<\/strong> Before 11:00 (11:00 AM)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Why is this important?<\/em> We strictly require the time between 11:00 and 14:00 to sanitize and prepare the rooms for the next guests.<\/p>\n

    Unannounced Delays:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • If you exceed the 11:00 AM checkout time without notifying reception, we reserve the right to enter the room and secure your luggage to accommodate the next incoming reservation.<\/li>\n
    • Late Check-out:<\/strong> Staying in the room after 11:00 AM incurs a fee of 50% of the nightly rate<\/strong> (subject to availability). After 19:00 (7:00 PM), 100% of the rate is charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      • Our rooms are optimized for 2 adults<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • An extra bed can be added upon request (for an additional fee), but you must notify us at the time of booking. Room space will be limited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \ud83d\udeab No Smoking Policy<\/h3>\n

        Smoking is strictly prohibited<\/strong> inside the rooms. Please use the balconies or designated areas in the courtyard\/terrace. Deep cleaning fees apply for violations.<\/p>\n

        \ud83c\udfca Pool Regulations<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Hours:<\/strong> 09:00 – 21:00.<\/li>\n
        • Access:<\/strong> Free, exclusively for registered guests.<\/li>\n
        • Sunbeds:<\/strong> Available on a “first come, first served” basis. No reservations allowed.<\/li>\n
        • Safety:<\/strong> There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool is at your own risk.<\/strong> Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Do not leave children unattended near the water!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \ud83e\udd2b Quiet Hours & Conduct<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Quiet Hours:<\/strong> Between 22:00 and 08:00<\/strong>, please respect the rest and privacy of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum.<\/li>\n
          • Parties:<\/strong> Private parties are not allowed in rooms or common areas.<\/li>\n
          • We reserve the right to evict guests who exhibit aggressive behavior or repeatedly disturb the peace, without a refund for the remaining stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \u274c Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • The deposit (value of the first night) is non-refundable<\/strong> in case of cancellation or no-show.<\/li>\n
            • Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and must be communicated via phone or email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              \ud83d\udcf6 Wi-Fi Internet<\/h3>\n

              Internet access is free throughout the property. We strive to maintain a stable high-speed connection, but we cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by the Service Provider (ISP).<\/p>\n

              \ud83c\udd7f\ufe0f Parking<\/h3>\n

              Free public parking is available on the street in front of the villa. While the area is safe and under video surveillance, parking is at your own risk.<\/p>\n

              \ud83d\udc3e Pets<\/h3>\n

              We regret to inform you that our property is not equipped to host pets. Pets are not allowed on the premises.<\/p>\n

              * Beach House Management reserves the right to modify these rules without prior notice based on legislative or operational changes.<\/em><\/small><\/p>\n
