The pool is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00. There is no lifeguard on duty; children must be supervised at all times.

What is the cancellation policy?

The deposit (first night's value) is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please use the balcony or designated outdoor areas.

To ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of all our guests, we have established the following set of policies.

🕒 Arrival & Departure (Check-in / Check-out)

Check-in: Starts at 14:00 (2:00 PM).
Check-out: Before 11:00 (11:00 AM).

Why is this important? We strictly require the time between 11:00 and 14:00 to sanitize and prepare the rooms for the next guests.

Unannounced Delays:

If you exceed the 11:00 AM checkout time without notifying reception, we reserve the right to enter the room and secure your luggage to accommodate the next incoming reservation.
Late Check-out: Staying in the room after 11:00 AM incurs a fee of 50% of the nightly rate (subject to availability). After 19:00 (7:00 PM), 100% of the rate is charged.

👶 Children & Extra Beds

Our rooms are optimized for 2 adults.
An extra bed can be added upon request (for an additional fee), but you must notify us at the time of booking. Room space will be limited.

🚫 No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please use the balconies or designated areas in the courtyard/terrace. Deep cleaning fees apply for violations.

🏊 Pool Regulations

Hours: 09:00 – 21:00.
Access: Free, exclusively for registered guests.
Sunbeds: Available on a “first come, first served” basis. No reservations allowed.
Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Do not leave children unattended near the water!

🤫 Quiet Hours & Conduct

Quiet Hours: Between 22:00 and 08:00, please respect the rest and privacy of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum.
Parties: Private parties are not allowed in rooms or common areas.
We reserve the right to evict guests who exhibit aggressive behavior or repeatedly disturb the peace, without a refund for the remaining stay.

❌ Cancellation Policy

The deposit (value of the first night) is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and must be communicated via phone or email.

📶 Wi-Fi Internet

Internet access is free throughout the property. We strive to maintain a stable high-speed connection, but we cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by the Service Provider (ISP).

🅿️ Parking

Free public parking is available on the street in front of the villa. While the area is safe and under video surveillance, parking is at your own risk.
